With reference to Sir Henry May's Despatch

No. 260 of the 17th July, 1914, I have the honour to re- -commend that the suggested changes in the uniform of the Chinese members of the Police Force should now be carried

into effect.

The original proposals have been somewhat modified, and I endlose photographs showing the uniforms which it is now desired to adopt.
